Postage and packaging is absolutely free from Ferme Soujon. Our free delivery policy is under trial and maybe for a limited time only, so order now to ensure you pay nothing for delivery.

Once we receive your payment, the order is sent to a fulfilment centre where the goods are warehoused and processed. There is a 2-5 day processing time where goods are quality checked and assigned to your order for posting.

You should have received a PDF invoice and “Order Complete” notification. This refers to the fact that we have finished processing your order and we then mark the order as complete when it is ready to be dispatched from one of our fulfilment warehouses and handed over to the logistics company. Order Complete refers to product selection by you, payment, and order-processing on our end. The next phase is delivery.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Max delivery time – 50 business days.

Please note that during the current Coronavirus pandemic, some local postal services that deliver to your door may have delayed services. This is out of our control. For example, UK (Royal Mail) and USA (USPS) postal service delivery times may vary. In addition, your local customs may take longer to process packages at this time.

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase, so in the unlikely event this is not the case we urge you to contact us immediately.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As per Uk consumer protection laws, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (underwear, swimwear), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We utilise the latest trends in the e-commerce industry to keep your data secure and safe from misuse. All payment transactions are completed off-site via PayPal, so we do not take any credit/debit card information from you ourselves.
